Shipping and Returns

Shipments
The pieces are handmade, in many cases made especially for each order. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 days plus shipping time. If the piece is already in stock, this time will be shorter (1 to 2 days plus shipping time).
For custom orders the time will be ca. 3 weeks.
Orders are shipped by DHL within 2 to 4 days in Germany, and 4 to 8 days for the rest of Europe.
In case of urgent orders or date specific orders, we suggest you to contact me by mail: unalineajewellery@gmail.com, and I will do my best to do it on the date you need it! 
You can also consult me before placing your order, to see if your chosen piece is already available.

Worldwide
Shipping rates and delivery times will vary by country. This will be calculated at checkout.

International purchases may incur extra charges in taxes and customs duties applied by the customs office of the destination country. These charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
To determine exactly what these charges will be, please contact your local customs office.

Delivery times are estimates provided by the shipping company. I cannot be responsible for delays caused by the postal company.
 
Returns and exchanges
If you have chosen the wrong size for your ring or if you wish to change your jewellery, you can return it and choose another one or request a voucher for the value of the piece which will be valid for 6 months.
Personalised jewellery cannot be returned.

To arrange a return we suggest you contact us by email: unalineajewellery@gmail.com within 72 hours of receiving your order.
Exchanges are subject to availability.
Once the exchange is approved you will have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the return shipment.
Please send the item in its original packaging and carefully packed.
shipping costs will not be refunded or credited.
Return shipping and other costs will be at the customer's expense.

If the item is damaged or shows traces, the return will not be accepted.

Faulty pieces
I evaluate each piece before it is sent, taking care of its quality.
Very occasionally it may happen that they have a fault that I have not seen. If this happens, please contact me at unalineajewellery@gmail.com within 72 hours of receipt and I will gladly exchange your item.
