Shipments
The pieces are handmade, in many cases made especially for each order. Please allow approximately 10 to 15 days plus shipping time. If the piece is already in stock, this time will be shorter (1 to 2 days plus shipping time).
For custom orders the time will be ca. 3 weeks.
Orders are shipped by DHL within 2 to 4 days in Germany, and 4 to 8 days for the rest of Europe.
In case of urgent orders or date specific orders, we suggest you to contact me by mail: unalineajewellery@gmail.com, and I will do my best to do it on the date you need it!
You can also consult me before placing your order, to see if your chosen piece is already available.

If you have chosen the wrong size for your ring or if you wish to change your jewellery, you can return it and choose another one or request a voucher for the value of the piece which will be valid for 6 months.
Personalised jewellery cannot be returned.

Exchanges are subject to availability.
Once the exchange is approved you will have 10 days from the date of receipt of your order to make the return shipment.
Please send the item in its original packaging and carefully packed.

I evaluate each piece before it is sent, taking care of its quality.
